In the drama, Kim Hyun Wook plays Wang Li Qiang, a high-level demon who can appropriate the abilities of the hunters whom he kills. Wang Li Qiang currently has a healing ability similar to a member of the Counters, a team of demon hunters. As the first demon sent to face the Counters, Wang Li Qiang shows himself to be a tough opponent that even Do Ha Na (Kim Se Jeong) has to stay on high alert.

Kim Hyun Wook quickly gains praise for his performance onscreen. He perfectly captures the eccentric and psychotic nature of his character and puts on a compelling acting performance. Furthermore, Hyun Wook also steals the spotlight with his appearance. In bright-colored outfits with piercings and bleached eyebrows, his character gives off an ominous, threatening vibe that even the best Counters have to be wary of.

In reality, Kim Hyun Wook looks worlds apart from his character onscreen. The male actor is more approachable in real life. He also boasts a handsome visual with an impressive height of 181cm. The actor has appeared in two other works, namely “Kill Heel” and “Cherry Blossoms After Winter.”
