Cucumbers are one of the most popular foods in salads, sandwiches and refreshing snacks. They are naturally low in calories, contain more than 96% water and provide nutrients such as vitamin K, vitamin C, fiber and potassium. For most healthy people, cucumbers can easily fit into a balanced diet.
But “healthy” does not always mean “right for everyone.”
