According to the reported case, the man adopted a strict diet after deciding to lose weight and "detox" his body naturally. For several months, nearly every meal centered on large servings of raw spinach, beetroot, and bamboo shoots. At the same time, he eliminated meat, rice, cooking oil, and many other foods from his daily meals, believing this would improve kidney function and overall health.
