Not everyone knows the wonderful effects of rice water
Rice water is considered a "miracle water" in women's beauty routines.
The key ingredient that makes rice water a "serum" for skin care is vitamin B5, along with proteins and other vitamins like C and E, which nourish the skin.
1. Facial Mask
After rinsing rice, collect the first batch of water and pour it into a clean bowl. Use the white sediment to apply to your face. Add some warm water and gently massage while washing your face. Finally, rinse with cold water to tighten the pores. Do this once a week for best results.
2. Makeup Remover
Using rice water as a natural makeup remover over time will make your skin smooth and radiant. Afterward, always rinse your face with warm water.
3. Tightens Pores
Freeze rice water into small ice cubes. Massage your face daily with these rice water cubes and wash with warm water afterward. The combination of rice water and the temperature change will help tighten your pores.
4. Whiter Teeth, Fresher Breath
After rinsing rice, save the water and use it to brush your teeth. This natural toothpaste will freshen your breath and whiten stained teeth, reducing the need for professional treatments.
5. Prevents Split Ends and Hair Breakage
Store rice water in a ceramic or porcelain container (not glass) at room temperature. After about 10 days, when it starts to smell slightly sour, you can use it. Rich in vitamins A and C, it will make hair shinier, and vitamin B helps darken hair. Massage onto your scalp twice a week and rinse with clean water for healthier, shinier hair.
6. Hand Wash
Rice water is also great for washing hands. After rinsing rice, keep the water to cleanse and soften your hands.
