Milk is considered a nutritious and healthy drink. However, drinking milk is not always good. Below are the best times to drink milk.
1. After breakfast
Breakfast is a very important meal, providing 30% of the energy needed by the human body in a day. Eating a nutritious breakfast will quickly activate all functions of the human body, you will be full of energy and full of energy in the morning.
But as people's lifestyles increase, the time for breakfast is noticeably shortened. To make breakfast more quality without taking too much time, a glass of milk after a meal is the top choice for you.

The compound Serotonin in milk helps improve mood, increase relaxation and release sleep hormones. Thus, the body is adjusted to the biological rhythm and prepares to enter a sleep cycle when needed.
