This common market vegetable, when eaten in a proper daily amount, can thoroughly cleanse your arteries, clear blockages, and help you look younger and more vibrant.
As we know, blood clots (thrombi) are a serious health issue and the leading cause of stroke (80%). When the brain’s blood vessels become blocked, cutting off blood and oxygen flow, brain cells die—resulting in symptoms such as paralysis and speech difficulties.
Today, I’ll share a powerful natural “enemy” of blood clots—simple to prepare in just 8 minutes, delicious, and excellent for artery cleansing. That vegetable is celery!
Celery has been proven to be rich in fiber, vitamins, potassium, natural nitrates, and antioxidants. It helps lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, fight inflammation, prevent atherosclerosis, and protect overall cardiovascular health.
Whether it’s Western celery or local varieties, all are rich in apigenin, a compound that softens blood vessels and lowers blood pressure by helping them dilate. Apigenin also acts like a natural calcium channel blocker, improving blood flow and reducing the risk of hypertension and cardiovascular complications. Celery also helps remove waste buildup and prevent blood clots.

1. Stir-Fried Celery with Tofu
Ingredients: A handful of celery, 1 block of tofu, seasoning, chicken essence, soy sauce, minced garlic.
How to make it:

Prepare the celery by removing excess leaves (you can save the leaves to make egg drop soup). Wash and cut into sections.

Slice the tofu, pan-fry until golden, then cut into small pieces.

Heat oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add tofu and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add celery and mix well. Season with soy sauce and chicken essence. Stir until cooked.

Crispy celery paired with soft tofu creates a flavorful, nutritious dish—simple, delicious, and healthy.
2. Stir-Fried Celery with Shiitake Mushrooms and Carrots
Ingredients: 170g celery, 150g fresh shiitake mushrooms, 1/2 carrot, garlic, seasoning, oil, chicken essence.
How to make it:

Clean and slice the mushrooms, celery, and carrot.

Sauté garlic, add carrots until they change color. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

Add celery and salt, stir for 1 minute, season with chicken essence, and turn off heat.
Result:
A colorful dish combining green celery, bright orange carrot, and rich brown mushrooms—fragrant, balanced, and naturally sweet.
3. Stir-Fried Celery with Pork
Ingredients: A handful of celery, 150g pork (or beef/veal), minced ginger, garlic, seasoning, chicken essence, cornstarch, cooking wine.
How to make it:

Cut celery into short pieces. Slice pork into thin strips, marinate with cooking wine, seasoning, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

Sauté garlic and ginger, add pork and stir until the color changes.

Result:
