1. People with stomach pain, children

2. People with thyroid disease

3. Eating a lot of kohlrabi causes loss of blood and energy
According to oriental medicine, kohlrabi is cool, has a sweet and slightly bitter taste, has the effect of dissolving phlegm, quenching thirst, detoxifying, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and helping the stomach. Mainly used to treat cloudy urine, bloody stools, boils of unknown cause, spleen deficiency with excess fire, stroke and unconsciousness.
However, Eastern medicine doctors still advise you not to eat too much kohlrabi because kohlrabi can detoxify and diuretic, so when you eat too much, the purification process will be too strong, causing the body to lose blood and energy.
