Mo Gyu-na, known as NewJeans Danielle’s biological sister, made her debut as a singer under the stage name GYUNA
On April 16th, a comment posted under the video of the song “LAVA”, the OST of the drama “Hide” sung by Gyuna, attracted keen attention.
Written by a foreigner, the comment said, “GYUNA! Congratulations on your debut!! I know how hard you’ve been working for this. Wish you all the best and hope you to become a great artist like your sister”.
It turns out that singer GYUNA is the NewJeans Danielle’s older sister Mo Gyu-na. Mo Gyu-na’s English name is Olivia Marsh and she used to work as a kid model in the past. Appearing at the Young Artist Festival in 2018, Mo Gyu-na selected the song “Gravity” by Sara Bareilles and showed off her outstanding singing skills.
Both Danielle and Mo Gyu-na have two nationalities, Australian and Korean. Danielle is currently active as a member of the popular girl group NewJeans.
