According to the real estate industry on June 19th, Son Ye Jin purchased a building with 1 basement floor and 2 ground floors (land: 278㎡/total floor area: 242.08㎡) in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in August last year under her name, and paid the balance on May 30th. The building is currently being demolished for new construction.
The building Son Ye Jin purchased this time is located in the super-station area within a 2-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station (Shinbundang Line, Line 9). It boasts an excellent position in the main corner of the food business district that runs from Sinnonhyeon Station to Gangnam Station.
Son Ye Jin owns buildings in key commercial districts such as Cheongdam, Sinsa and Hapjeong. In July 2020, she attracted a lot of attention by buying a building in Sinsa-dong for 16 billion won.
