Ito ay sa kabila ng muntik-muntikan na siyang manalo dahil siya ang hinirang na first runner-up.
Si Chelsea Manalo ng Bulacan ang nagwaging Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
Second runner-up si Ahtisa Manalo ng Quezon Province, third runner-up si Tarah Mae Valencia ng Baguio, at fourth runner-up si Christi McGarry ng Taguig.
STACEY GABRIEL: “WILL CARRY OUT MY DUTIES”

Ang ina raw ni Stacey ang gumiya sa kanyang pagpupunyagi sa buhay at sa kanyang pageant journey.

“I stepped into this journey with the promise of honoring the women who came before me – particularly my mother, who, at 20-years-old and against all odds, sacrificed her own dreams so she could raise me to reach mine.

STACEY GABRIEL: MISS UNIVERSE PHILIPPINES 2024 FIRST RUNNER-UP
Hindi man niya nakuha ang titulo at korona, gagampanan daw nang maayos ni Stacey ang kanyang mga responsibilidad bilang first runner-up.
Ayon pa kay Stacey, pangarap ng lahat ng 53 candidates ng Miss Universe Philippines 2024 na maiuwi ang titulo, pero hindi ito nakatadhana para sa kanya noong gabing iyon kundi kay Chelsea Manalo.
Ipagdadasal daw niya ang tagumpay sa landas na tatahakin ng bagong hirang na Miss Universe Philippines.
Aniya: “That morning, we held each other in prayer knowing that the battle is not ours, but the battle belongs to the Lord.
“I am grateful beyond measure to be your 1st Runner-Up and will carry out my duties to His purpose, but I also know that it’s okay to be heartbroken over the shared dream that was within reach, but simply not for me last night.
“It was, instead, meant for a beautiful woman who will carry the stories of all 53 incredible delegates with her to Mexico. I pray for your success, Chelsea (heart emoji)”
Mensahe pa niya sa ina, “Thank you, mama, for being my whole Universe. Up and up… onto the next calling.
Gaganapin ang 73rd Miss Universe sa November 2024 sa bansang Mexico.
