Taeyeon Tops Girl Group Brand Reputation, with Jennie in Second Place and Kazuha in Third
Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon ranked first in the girl group brand reputation for March 2024
On the 17th, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute announced that, according to big data analysis of individual girl group brand reputation for March 2024, Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation ranked first, followed by Blackpink’s Jennie in second place and LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha in third.
This survey was conducted by extracting 84,334,860 pieces of big data from 655 individual girl group members over the past month and analyzing consumer behavior related to individual girl group brands. The analysis was based on participation index, media index, communication index, and community index, which were used to compose the brand reputation index. Compared to the previous month’s data of 81,148,331 pieces, there was a 3.93% increase. Detailed analysis revealed a 3.53% increase in brand consumption, a 2.79% decrease in brand issues, a 3.83% increase in brand communication, and a 6.52% increase in brand diffusion.
The brand reputation index reflects how consumers’ online habits significantly influence brand consumption. Through analysis of individual girl group brand reputation, one can measure the positive and negative evaluations, media interest, and consumer interest and communication volume. The analysis of individual girl group brand reputation also included a brand value assessment analysis measuring brand influence.
Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, who topped the individual girl group brand reputation ranking in March 2024, had a brand reputation index of 3,044,758, with a participation index of 637,029, media index of 692,388, communication index of 820,500, and community index of 894,842, showing a 23.18% increase compared to February’s brand reputation index of 2,471,734.
In second place, Blackpink’s Jennie had a brand reputation index of 2,900,335, with a participation index of 620,087, media index of 102,588, communication index of 1,312,344, and community index of 1,423,317, showing a 22.15% increase compared to February.
In third place, LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha had a brand reputation index of 1,890,452, with a participation index of 410,784, media index of 396,508, communication index of 280,210, and community index of 802,949, showing a 31.86% increase compared to February.
