Carlo reportedly took legal steps in order to be able to see his daughter with Trina, Enola Mithi. According to a column of Gorgy Rula in Philstar, a reporter from DZRH reportedly sent a photo of Carlo Aquino at the Quezon City RTC. The photo showed that he was carrying his little girl. A friend of Gorgy allegedly looked into the matter and found out that Carlo filed a case for visitation rights over Mithi.
