At the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on May 7th, Kim Soo-hyun enjoyed the awards ceremony by responding to all of MC Shin Dong-yup’s mischievous requests.
Having recently garnered much love for his role in the successful tvN drama “Queen of Tears”, Kim Soo-hyun received the popularity award that day.
Kim Soo-hyun shared his thoughts, “I’m thankful for meeting a good piece of work and receiving this award. I will strive to become a good actor.”
In addition to receiving the popularity award, Kim Soo-hyun also garnered attention for his pure and candid demeanor.
During the event, which was divided into two parts, Shin Dong-yup mentioned Kim Soo-hyun as the second part began. He said, “Many people get excited just by seeing him. Because of him, many people cry, laugh, and truly, Kim Soo-hyun was born cute.” At that moment, Kim Soo-hyun appeared on the screen, coincidentally walking back to his seat after a brief absence.
