A Tattoo On A Woman’s Back Of ‘The Garden of Earthly Delights’ Is Not What It Seems To Be

When you take a look at this photograph it might seem like any other ordinary picture capturing a beautiful back tattoo inspired by Bosch’s “The Garden of Earthly Delights” painting. Well, your first impression couldn’t be more wrong because what you are actually looking at is a painting within a painting created by a young Polish artist, Agnieszka Nienartowicz.

Agnieszka has graduated Fine Art Academy of Gdansk only two years ago, and she already manages to amaze everyone with her outstanding work

At first sight, this might seem like a photograph capturing a beautiful tattoo work inspired by Hieronymus Bosch’s painting “The Garden of Earthly Delights”

But it’s actually a painting that Agnieszka has created this way giving new context, and a new life to historical elements. As she says herself: “Maybe it is also a kind of a tribute to the Old Masters?”
