“Thankful ako sa mga netizens na tinatawag akong romcom queen. It’s a huge title especially here sa country natin na mahilig sa romcom. Wish ko siya, a romcom film talaga. I’m just really up for it,” Maris declared.

Maris already has two actresses in mind for her dream GL project, and she openly shared it in an interview. “Sana may romcom na GL na darating. I really want to work with Barbie Forteza and Nadine Lustre,” she said.
In a separate interview, Nadine responded to Maris’ desire to work with her, “If it is always a good script, down naman ako to do it. I’m very collaborative, and I love working with different people. Sobrang excited. I just love when a lot of people kind of want to work with me. I’m looking forward to that,” she stated.
