Bea Alonzo appears to have had an emotional Valentine’s Day celebration, shedding tears of joy after she was surprised with gifts by her house helpers.
Alonzo was alone in her bedroom when her house helpers came in with a cake, balloons, flowers and a card, as seen in a video shared by Rose—one of those who organized the surprise—on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Some of them then hugged Alonzo while she was wiping the tears on her face.
“We love you always, Tisay. Happy Valentine’s,” the caption read.
Fans were also moved by the group’s gesture, with some thanking them for their effort for Alonzo via the comments section.
Aside from her house helpers’ surprise, Alonzo had a cozy Valentine’s Day celebration with her furbaby at home, as seen on her Instagram page.
Alonzo recently made headlines after her breakup with actor Dominic Roque was confirmed to the public by TV host Boy Abunda. The pair then released a joint statement days later, saying they had “decided to amicably end [their] engagement.”
“It was not an easy decision. We wanted to have more time to carefully deliberate and pray about it, but there have been many speculations, questions, and insults,” their statement read.
“Please understand that this is an extremely painful yet united decision, and we sincerely request for everyone to kindly spare us from more cruel and very hurtful words on social media,” they appealed.
Alonzo and Roque had been in a relationship for over two years before they got engaged in July 2023.
