SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi (Kwon Soon-young, 28) has become Yoo Jae-suk’s neighbor
According to Spotv News on May 27th, Hoshi purchased the luxury residence “Brighten N40” in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 5.1 billion won entirely in cash.
This building, designed by world-renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who also designed the Louis Vuitton headquarters, features architecture and landscaping that provide privacy. Recently, Yoo Jae-suk made headlines by buying a unit there for about 8.7 billion won in cash, ending his 15-year rental period.
Hoshi bought a 149㎡ unit on April 12th last year and completed the registration on July 28th of the same year. He paid the full amount of 5.086 billion won in cash without setting up any mortgage.
Born in 1996, Hoshi enjoys significant popularity both domestically and internationally as a member of SEVENTEEN. The group held “SEVENTEEN Tour ‘Follow’ Again To Japan” at Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa, Japan over 2 days on May 25th and 26th.
