Oliver Moeller admits he’s become busier after his stint on It’s Showtime’s trending segment “EXpecially For You.”
Following this, the heartthrob lawyer of Cebu signed a management contract with Cornerstone Entertainment, which officially makes him a part of the show business.
Early this week, Oliver appeared as one of the celebrity guests in the World Gin Day Celebration of Ginebra San Miguel.
In a short interview with entertainment media, including GMANetwork.com, he said he’s excited about his new career in showbiz.
“I’m super happy and lucky to be with my team now, Cornerstone, and they’re guiding me now. I’m just taking it day by day, step by step. Let’s see what happens.”
So far, the 32-year-old lawyer admits that he’s still learning the ropes of showbiz.
“I’m still definitely a newbie in this industry,” he said.
“Again, I’m happy that I have my team, my friends, and my family. So, slowly adjusting, getting busier and busier.”
He also mentioned that there are already some projects lined up for him. However, he said smiling, “I’m not quite sure if I’m allowed to tell anyone.”
Oliver said most of his gigs right now are joining events and doing acting projects is something he’s not yet considering.
He explained, “Right now, that’s not my priority. Maybe in the future, we don’t know. But right now, the schedule is tight. I have a lot on my plate. I have my responsibilities in Cebu–my law firm, my businesses are there.
“Right now, I’m flying in and out of Manila when I have a project. But at the same time, I’m still based and prioritizing Cebu. Again, we’ll never know in the future, di ba? Kasi, two months ago, I never imagined that I will be here. We’ll never know. We’ll see.”
