Ed Sheeran can’t believe the concert crowd in Manila!
During the artist’s The Mathematics Tour at the SMDC Festival Grounds, he asked the Filipino Sheerios to join him on “Sing,” and they totally delivered.
On X, Ed posted a clip showing the crowd singing their lungs out.
“This crowd,” he wrote with a mind-blown emoji. “Shoutout to Manila for the backing vocals!”
Ed’s special guests at the concert were Ben&Ben and Callum Scott. Before the concert, Ed and his fellow artists had fun with a karaoke machine. While in Manila, he also feasted on Filipino food.
Ed released his latest album “Subtract” in 2023. The artist said that it is his most honest album, following some hard-hitting events he faced in recent years.
The album’s song “Eyes Closed” and its music video are all about a heartbreaking loss.
The singer-songwriter performed in Manila in 2015 and 2018. He also appeared in an episode of “All-Out Sundays” in 2021.
