1. Preventing Digestive Diseases (Ages 30–50)
Men in this age range are usually busy building their careers, juggling work and social obligations. Meal times become irregular, and frequent alcohol consumption in the evening can easily lead to digestive problems.
Studies show a rising number of gastrointestinal cases among office workers aged 30 to 50 — and this can even increase the risk of stomach cancer.
