Tips to solve all household problems with 2 old toothbrushes

Tying two old toothbrushes together can help solve several tricky problems in a simple and cost-effective way.
Old toothbrushes, which are often discarded, can actually have many wonderful uses that few people think of. By tying two old toothbrushes together, you can easily and cheaply solve some common household problems.
1. Cleaning Faucets
First, take two old toothbrushes and tie them together with an elastic band. Dip them in water, then open the brushes and scrub the faucet. The gaps in the faucet are often hard to clean, but tying two toothbrushes together will make it much easier to clean the faucet effectively.
2. Tool for Cracking Hard-Shelled Seeds
Cracking hard-shelled seeds by hand can be a painful task for many people. To avoid sore hands and unnecessary effort, use your old toothbrushes. Pull the bristles out, then use an elastic band to tie the two toothbrushes face to face, and place a folded piece of paper between them. Now, you can use this tool to crack hard-shelled seeds like pistachios, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and more.
3. Cleaning Bicycle Chains
Bicycle chains often accumulate a mixture of engine oil and dirt, which makes the bike heavier and can even reduce the lifespan of the chain.
Tie two old toothbrushes together with tape so that the brush faces are facing each other. Then place the bicycle chain between the brushes and rotate the pedals. This will easily clean the chain.
4. Cleaning Keyboards
After a while, computer keyboards can accumulate dust. Simply use an old toothbrush to scrub the keys, and the dust will be easily swept away.
5. Cleaning Combs
Combs are used daily, so they are easily dirtied with sweat, dust, and dandruff. To clean a comb, use an old toothbrush, dip it in some water with detergent, and gently scrub along the comb’s teeth. The dirt will be removed quickly.
6. Cleaning the Bottom of Cups
The bottom of cups, especially deep or narrow ones, can be difficult to clean. First, heat the back of an old toothbrush's head with a flame, and bend the brush at a 90-degree angle. With this method, you can use the toothbrush to clean deep cups, bottles, and jars.
7. Cleaning Hard-to-Reach Corners of the Toilet
Toilets have small, hard-to-reach areas that are difficult to clean with regular cleaning tools. Simply heat the inside of the handle of an old toothbrush with fire, then bend it into an L shape. Add some toilet cleaner and start scrubbing the hard-to-reach corners of the toilet. No more dirty spots when cleaning this area!
8. Cleaning Refrigerator Seals and Window Frames
After bending, the toothbrush can be used to clean the gaps in refrigerator seals or window frames—places that easily collect dust but are hard to wipe clean.
9. Removing Crayon Marks from Walls
To remove crayon marks from the wall, apply some shaving cream or toothpaste to an old toothbrush and scrub the marks on the wall. Once the crayon marks are gone, wipe the area with a clean cloth to finish.
10. Cleaning Jewelry
Jewelry often has many tiny grooves and crevices, making it hard to clean. This task becomes much easier with an old toothbrush. Simply dip the brush in a cleaning solution and gently scrub the surface of the jewelry. The dirt and grime will be quickly removed in a simple and efficient way.
