First, one of the most common reasons for visible veins is low body fat. When there’s less fat beneath the skin, veins sit closer to the surface, making them easier to see. This is why athletes or people who work out regularly often have more prominent veins. It’s not something unusual—it’s simply how the body is structured.
Another factor is muscle mass. As muscles grow, they can push veins closer to the skin. Combined with lower body fat, this creates that “veiny” look many associate with fitness and strength.
