Melai Cantiveros will be headlining the movie ‘ Ma’am Chief: Shakedown in Seoul’ this November.
Korean actors Lee Seung-gi and Do Ji-han will have special appearances in the upcoming movie of Melai Cantiveros titled Ma’am Chief: Shakedown in Seoul.
Movie producer PULP Studios announced the participation of the two Korean stars in the poster they released on social media.
“PULP Studios proudly presents Ma’am Chief, an exciting Philippines-Korea production collaboration na puno ng saya, aksyon, kalokohan at maraming oppa… 😍,” PULP Studios posted on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
“Starring Melai Cantiveros-Francisco, Karylle Tatlonghari, Jennica Garcia, Alora Sasam and so much more PLUS special cameos na magpapa-shookt at kilig sa ating lahat!👀” the post added.
Seung-gi rose to popularity in his various television series including My Girlfiend is a Gumiho, Vagabond, Mouse, and The Law Cafe, among others.
Meanwhile, Ji-han gained recognition for his performance in the 2012 film The Tower, which led to a nomination for the Best New Actor category at the Baeksang Arts Awards. Also, he took on a role in the 2016 series Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.
Ma’am Chief will be released on November 15. It is the first movie of PULP Studios, a subsidiary of PULP Group Inc., the mother company of PULP Live World.
It was on October 10 when Melai first announced her role in the upcoming movie.
