The air conditioner is on but not cooling?

Set the Wrong Cooling Mode
One of the reasons why your air conditioner may not be cooling, even though it's turned on, is that you have set the wrong cooling mode or accidentally pressed a different function like heating or fan mode. If you're sure you've set the correct cooling mode, you can skip this step.

Solution:

On the air conditioner remote control, there are several different symbols, each with its own meaning:

Cool: Snowflake symbol Dry: Water drop symbol Heating mode: Sun symbol Automatic mode

For the air conditioner to cool effectively, you should select the "Cool" mode instead of the "Fan" mode. If the temperature is above 35°C, you should also use the "Dry" mode to enhance the cooling process.
