Chapter 2: If You First Saw the Tiger or Eagle
People who immediately notice the tiger are often natural leaders. They tend to be determined, courageous, and highly motivated. However, their greatest weakness may be a desire to control situations. When things do not go according to plan, they can become frustrated or overly demanding. Learning to trust others and accept uncertainty may help them grow.
If the eagle was the first animal you saw, you may be someone who values independence and freedom. You likely enjoy seeing the bigger picture and thinking ahead. Your challenge may be impatience with slower processes or people who do not share your vision. Sometimes focusing too much on distant goals can cause you to overlook important details in the present.
Neither tendency is inherently negative. In fact, many successful people share these characteristics. The key is recognizing when a strength begins to create unnecessary obstacles.
