A butcher grew suspicious of one customer’s unusual daily purchases.

In a busy neighborhood market, routines were easy to notice. Shopkeepers knew their regular customers by name, remembered their favorite products, and often exchanged friendly conversations while completing transactions. But among the many familiar faces, one customer stood out more than anyone else.

Every single morning, an elderly woman would arrive at a local butcher shop shortly after opening. She would quietly walk to the counter and request approximately 60 kilograms of fresh beef. The order was always the same, and she never appeared to be buying the meat for resale.

The butcher initially assumed she was purchasing supplies for a restaurant, catering business, or large family gathering. Yet as the days turned into weeks, he noticed something unusual. The woman always came alone, drove no delivery vehicle, and offered very little explanation about the enormous quantity of meat she purchased.
