There’s no doubt that Trina Candaza has been living in perhaps the brightest era of her life this year. Blessed with business ventures and projects, the 27-year-old mom is set to continue moving forward with grace.
Trina disclosed that she has already forgiven whatever happened in her past. She also talked about how she balances motherhood with managing businesses.
In a recent episode of ABS-CBN’s Tao Po, TV personality Bernadette Sembrano asked Trina about her inner feelings about bitterness or any hangups from her past. “Kahit papaano parang nakapag-forgive na ako sa past… ‘Yun ngayon na lang, sana maayos na for Mithi,” she answered.
During the episode, Trina also shared updates about her life and how she has faced the changes that came after being a mother to her daughter with former partner Carlo Aquino, Enola Mithi.
Trina noted that she was once the happy-go-lucky kind of girl, until she became a mom. “Iba kasi ‘nung dumating siya (Mithi), parang mafo-force ka na parang mag-mature na para mapalaki mo siya nang maayos. Kailangan mo ring ayusin ‘yung sarili mo, emotionally, physically, mentally,” Trina stated.
Now an entrepreneur, Trina has a lot on her plate. It’s a struggle, she says, to balance being a single mother and a business owner at the same time.
“Medyo nagi-guilty po ako as a mom. Minsan po kasi hindi ako 100 percent na kay Mithi na parang minsan nagpe-play kami pero ‘yung mind ko nasa negosyo. Iba kasi ‘yung mentally, emotionally present ka ‘dun sa bata… Sana lang hindi niya maramdaman na may kulang,” she said.
Despite the struggles, Trina has found quite the balance between her work and family time with her daughter—and she was actually surprised at how well she could handle everything right now.
“Actually na-surprise din ako Miss B, sabi ko kaya ko pala ‘to. Kasi siyempre ‘nung before po, parang ang lambot ‘nung tingin ko sa sarili ko. Hindi ko alam kung saan pupunta. Habang tumatagal, nakakatuwa lang na at least nakaka-pundar ng kung ano-anong bagay, may savings, may negosyo,” Trina proudly shared. “May savings din po si Mithi, dalawa po passbook niyan,” she cheerfully bragged.
At present, Trina is busy with her blooming business ventures namely, Eno Parfums, Damitan by Trina, and Lune Jewelries. She also has her hands full with finding time to spend with Mithi. Her vlogs are all about their local and overseas travels together, showing their fun and carefree life.
