However, choosing the wrong drink on an empty stomach can directly shock and poison your internal organs. Inappropriate fluids at this time create extreme osmotic stress, forcing the liver and kidneys to work overtime while low on energy, triggering inflammation and accelerating aging.
Below are four drinks you must strictly avoid in the early morning, especially on an empty stomach:
1. Carbonated soft drinks
Drinking soda on an empty stomach in the morning is a “direct hit” to both the liver and kidneys.
