How to sharpen a knife with toothpaste
Step 1: Apply toothpaste to the front of the blade. Use a clean cloth to apply the toothpaste evenly on both sides of the blade.
Step 2: Take a porcelain plate, turn it upside down. Put 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar on the bottom of the plate and spread it evenly with your hand.

Step 3: Place the knife blade covered with toothpaste on the bottom of the plate and tilt it 25 degrees and pull it down gently.
Step 4: Sharpen each side of the knife for about 5 minutes, your knife will be as sharp as new.
If you don't have a knife whetstone at home, you can use the above tips to sharpen and polish your knife with just toothpaste and a ceramic bowl or plate.
