Burst into tears when seeing husband do this at 3am
My husband and I got married when we were both 20, because we accidentally got pregnant. Everyone shook their heads in dismay when we got married at such a young age. They thought that my husband, at his age, would not know how to take care of his wife and children. But my husband and I have loved each other since we were students, and I trust him very much. Even though we have many shortcomings, we always try our best for this small family. My health is already weak, and when I was pregnant, I was even more tired. Since I got pregnant, I have quit my job and stayed home, limiting my physical activity to take care of my pregnancy. I also hesitated a lot because if both husband and wife go to work, the economy will be more stable. But for the sake of the child in my belly, we have to accept it.
Since I got pregnant and had to stay at home, my husband both went to work and took care of his pregnant wife. Before going to work, my husband would cook food for his wife. After coming home from work, he would clean the house, not leaving me alone. Not only that, my husband also took on extra work to earn more money. That's why since I got pregnant, my husband got sick. I looked at my husband and felt so sorry for him. But my husband never complained, he even said that men doing this is not a big deal.
I had to have a cesarean section so it was a bit difficult for me to walk after giving birth. Unfortunately, my husband and I had no one to help. I was an orphan and my husband's parents were old and lived far away. At first, my husband's relatives told me to go back to my husband's hometown to take care of him, but he refused. My husband said he wanted to stay by his side and take care of me.
Since I gave birth, my husband has been working even harder. But he still cooks every meal for me, takes care of me and the baby every little bit. I also try to move around to help with the housework. But every time he sees me struggling to get up, he stops me from doing housework. One day, I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard the sound of water running in the bathroom. I tried to sit up to see what was going on. Unexpectedly, standing in front of the bathroom door, I saw my husband squatting down to wash the baby's diapers and my underwear. Seeing that, I told my husband to go to sleep so I could do it. But he insisted:
"I had trouble sleeping after work so I did it right away, you should rest and not think too much."
Women after giving birth are sensitive, seeing their husbands do that, hearing their husbands say that, my tears kept flowing, I covered my face and cried. I felt so sorry for my husband, he suffered so much because of me and the child. I thought maybe I should go back to my husband's hometown for a while so that my husband could have time to rest, not have to work so hard anymore?
