4. People with Kidney Problems
Fish protein produces waste products like urea and creatinine, which must be filtered by the kidneys. For those with kidney disease, overeating fish may place extra stress on the kidneys and worsen their condition.
5. Individuals with Poor Digestive Health
Some people experience indigestion, bloating, or stomach discomfort after eating oily or fatty fish. For them, frequent consumption may cause more discomfort than benefit.
