Instructions:

Prepare the shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using), and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are fully cooked and slightly golden.

Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp for a fresh, zesty flavor. Set aside.
