Ingredients:
For the Steak:

2 steaks (such as flank or ribeye)

For the Roasted Broccolini:

1 bunch broccolini

For the Baked Potato:

2 large russet potatoes

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons pesto (store-bought or homemade)

For the Caramelized Onions:

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Steak:

Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare (adjust time for your preferred level of doneness).

Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking, then slice it thinly against the grain.
2. Roast the Broccolini:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss the broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add minced garlic for extra flavor.

Arrange the broccolini on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
3. Bake the Potatoes:
