Pepper Steak Pasta Skillet with Bell Peppers and Onions
1 lb sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pasta
8 oz elbow macaroni or rotini
1 tbsp oil

Vegetables and Sauce
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Cook pasta al dente, drain reserve 1/2 cup water. Heat oil high, sear steak strips 2-3 min browned, remove. Sauté onion bell peppers garlic 4-5 min soft, return steak, stir soy cornstarch broth pepper flakes, simmer thicken 3 min; toss pasta with reserved water.
