Banana Split Milkshake
This Banana Split Milkshake is basically the classic dessert - turned into a drink. Thick, creamy, sweet, and low-key addictive. Perfect when
craving something fun but still easy to make.
Ingredients (1 large serving or 2 small)
-
2 ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
-
2 cups vanilla ice cream
-
¾ cup milk (whole milk works best, but any milk is fine)
-
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
-
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
-
1 tablespoon pineapple syrup or crushed pineapple (optional but very on-brand)
-
Whipped cream (for topping)
-
Maraschino cherry (optional, for the classic look)
Optional add-ins:
-
A spoon of peanut butter
-
Chocolate chips
-
Crushed nuts

Instructions
1. Prepare the bananas
Slice the bananas. For a thicker milkshake, freeze them for 30–60 minutes before blending.
2. Blend the base
Add bananas, vanilla ice cream, and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the flavors
Pour in the chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, and pineapple syrup (if using). Pulse a few times—do not overmix. Light swirls = better vibe.
4. Serve
Pour the milkshake into a tall glass.
5. Top it off
Add a generous swirl of whipped cream. Drizzle extra chocolate and strawberry syrup on top. Finish with a cherry if going full banana split energy.
Texture & Taste Notes
-
Thick, creamy, dessert-level rich
-
Sweet banana flavor with chocolate–strawberry contrast
-
Basically nostalgia in liquid form
Pro Tips
-
Want it extra thick? Use less milk or more ice cream.
-
Want it lighter? Swap ice cream for frozen yogurt.
-
Want it next-level? Rim the glass with chocolate syrup before pouring.
Serving Idea
Serve immediately with a straw and spoon - because this milkshake is thick enough to need both.
Simple ingredients, classic flavor combo, zero stress.
Banana Split Milkshake = comfort dessert, no plate required.
