Ingredients

For the Strawberry Slush

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

For the Pineapple Slush

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup cold water or pineapple juice

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

1. Make the Strawberry Slush

Add frozen strawberries, water, sweetener, and lemon juice to a blender.

Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a little more liquid to help blending.

Set aside in the freezer while preparing the pineapple layer.

2. Make the Pineapple Slush

Rinse the blender, then add frozen pineapple, liquid, sweetener, and lime juice.

Blend until smooth and slushy in texture.

3. Create the Swirl

Spoon strawberry slush into serving glasses, followed by pineapple slush.

Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.

4. Serve Immediately

Serve right away with a straw or spoon while the slushies are icy and fresh.
