Light, refreshing, and beautifully layered, yogurt and fruit parfaits are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert. They’re quick to make, customizable, and packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt for a thicker texture)

  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, or mango), chopped

  • 1/2 cup granola or crunchy cereal

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, nuts, coconut flakes, or mint leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces. If using plain yogurt, sweeten lightly with honey or maple syrup if desired.


2. Assemble the Parfaits

In clear glasses or bowls, begin layering:

  • Add a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom

  • Follow with a layer of fruit

  • Sprinkle with granola

Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with fruit and granola on top.


3. Add Toppings

Top with additional fruit, a drizzle of honey, or any optional toppings you like.


4. Serve

Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if preparing ahead.
