  • 2 lobster tails (about 225–250 g / 8–9 oz each), shell removed and meat cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Lobster

Pat the lobster meat dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Allow the butter to melt gently without browning.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.

3. Cook the Lobster Bites

Add the lobster pieces to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning gently, until the meat turns opaque and lightly golden. Avoid overcooking, as lobster becomes tough quickly.

4. Finish the Sauce
