Creamy Avocado Milk Drink (Avocado Smoothie-Style)

Ingredients (2 large cups)

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 250 ml fresh milk (whole milk recommended)

  • 120 ml sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)

  • 100 ml coconut milk or fresh cream (for extra richness)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (enhances sweetness)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice cubes (as needed)

  • Extra diced avocado (for topping)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Avocado

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh.

  • Dice about 1/3 of the avocado flesh into small cubes and set aside for topping.

2. Blend the Base

  • Add the remaining avocado flesh to a blender.

  • Pour in the fresh milk, condensed milk, coconut milk (or cream), salt, and vanilla extract.

  • Add a handful of ice cubes.

  • Blend until completely smooth, thick, and creamy.

3. Assemble the Drink

  • Spoon a layer of avocado cream into the bottom of each cup.

  • Add some ice cubes if desired.

  • Pour more avocado mixture over the ice, creating soft layers.

  • Top generously with diced avocado pieces.

4. Finish & Serve

  • Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon.

  • Optional: drizzle a little condensed milk on top for extra sweetness.
