
Delicious Pineapple Cheeseball

1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Mix the Cream Cheese and Cheddar:

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend them together until smooth and well-combined.
2. Add the Pineapple and Seasonings:

Stir in the crushed pineapple (make sure it’s well-drained to avoid excess liquid).

Add green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix everything together until fully combined.
