Put your phone that is damaging your health

1. Put it in your pocket
Whether it is the front or back pocket, you should not put your phone there because it will increase the body's exposure to radiation from the phone, thereby affecting internal organs to a certain extent.
Although mobile phone waves are invisible, they can still silently penetrate the body and cause negative effects that people rarely realize. Phones can emit electromagnetic waves, absorption waves, etc. and affect the testicles - where sperm is produced in men, especially in cases where there are already reproductive health problems.
2. Place next to you when sleeping
Some people often have the habit of putting their phones under their pillows when sleeping, however, this behavior is actually very harmful to health.
If you leave your phone next to you while sleeping, notifications from social networks, messages, etc. will startle you and reduce the quality of your sleep. Along with that, people who have the habit of looking at their phones before going to bed will have a harder time sleeping. Because according to experts, blue light from electronic devices such as phones and tablets will prevent the production of the hormone Melatonin - a hormone that helps you sleep well.
Some studies show that too much radiation from the phone near the head can cause some people to have headaches, migraines, tinnitus, fatigue and other health problems.
Along with that, placing the phone under the pillow or charging the phone overnight, the phone will emit heat. The pillowcase and bed sheet prevent the phone from emitting heat, thereby increasing the risk of explosion. Therefore, you should charge the phone away from the bed.
3. Put it in a shirt pocket or bra
Some studies show that keeping the phone in the bra can be related to breast cancer due to radiation and vibration from the phone. Although there is not enough evidence to confirm this relationship, keeping your phone in a bra or sweaty shirt can create conditions for bacteria to easily grow, causing irritation and other skin problems.
4. Place it close to your face
Many people have the habit of placing their phone close to their face when talking on the phone, but this will cause bacteria to move from the phone to the skin. This can lead to acne, skin irritation and even wrinkles, increasing skin aging.
Therefore, it is best to keep your phone at least 0.5-1.5cm away from your skin.
5. Place in the toilet/bathroom
Many people have the habit of using mobile phones while going to the toilet, but even if you leave it on the shelf or far from the toilet, anything within 1m after flushing can be contaminated with bacteria or viruses in the air, which is harmful to health, especially intestinal diseases and urinary tract infections.
Not only that, using the phone will increase the time sitting on the toilet, creating pressure on the organs in the body as well as increasing the risk of hemorrhoids.
In addition, bringing the phone into the bathroom, toilet - places with high humidity can cause the phone to lose its lifespan faster than usual.
6. Place near infants
Many parents often put the phone in their child's stroller, but this can be the cause of behaviors such as hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder in children. Especially for infants and young children, electromagnetic waves will greatly affect the brain as well as the development of children, so keep a safe distance between children and the phone of at least 100cm.
