Avocado Toast with Feta, Cherry Tomatoes, Cranberries, and Walnuts


Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

  • Olive oil for drizzling (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.  Toast the Bread:

Toast the slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread in a toaster or on a grill until golden brown and crispy.

2.  Prepare the Avocado Spread:
