Do This To Reverse Your Gray Hair To Thick And Shiny Black Hair

Premature greying of hair can be a frustrating issue, often caused by stress, smoking, nutritional deficiencies (especially vitamin B12 and anemia), and the use of chemical-based hair products. Today, I want to share three real-life incidents where individuals successfully reversed premature greying using natural remedies. These methods have proven effective, and I’m confident they can work for you too!
Common Causes of Premature Greying:
- Stress
- Smoking
- Nutritional deficiencies (vitamin B12, anemia)
- Chemical-based hair products
Tips to Complement the Remedies:
- Reduce Stress: Spend time in nature, exercise regularly, meditate, and engage in relaxing hobbies.
- Switch to Natural Hair Care: Use homemade natural shampoos and hair packs.
DIY 1: Amla Juice and Hair Pack
My aunt recently shared that consuming amla juice significantly reduced her hair greying. Amla juice is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which helps reduce oxidative stress and aids in iron absorption, preventing anemia.
Amla Juice Recipe:
- Cut one large or two small gooseberries into small pieces.
- Add the pieces to a bowl with 1/4 teaspoon of jeera, a small piece of ginger, a pinch of salt, and a cup of water.
- Grind the mixture to a smooth paste and strain it to get a smooth juice.
- Drink this juice daily.
Amla Hair Pack Recipe:
- Mix 1.5 tablespoons of amla powder with the inner gel of one aloe vera leaf and a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil.
- Grind to a smooth paste and apply as a hair pack.
- Wait for 20 minutes, then wash it off.
My friend used this hair pack twice a week and saw remarkable results in reversing her grey hair.
DIY 2: Curry Leaf Hair Oil
This diu is shared by one of my friend, who successfully reversed her grey hair with daily application of curry leaf hair oil.
Curry Leaf Hair Oil Recipe:
- Heat a cup of unrefined coconut oil in an iron pan.
- Add a quarter cup of pesticide-free curry leaves and switch off the heat.
- Let the mixture cool for an hour until the oil turns a beautiful green color and the leaves are crisp.
- Store the oil with the curry leaves in a glass bottle and use it daily.
This oil can last up to a year at room temperature.
DIY 3: Regular Use of Natural Remedies
Combining all three remedies—amla juice, amla hair pack, and curry leaf hair oil—can accelerate the reversal of grey hair. Regular use and consistency are key to seeing significant results.
Additional Tips:
- Stress Management: Incorporate stress-reducing activities into your daily routine.
- Natural Hair Care: Avoid chemical-based products and opt for natural alternatives.
By following these remedies and tips, you can effectively reverse premature greying and achieve healthier, more vibrant hair. Give them a try and share your results!
