Healthy Protein Bowl with Shrimp, Chicken, Soft-Boiled Eggs & Vegetables

Ingredients

Protein

  • 100 g cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 120 g chicken breast

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small sausage, sliced (chicken or pork, optional)

Vegetables & Fruit

  • 1 cup leafy greens (spinach or Chinese broccoli)

  • ½ cup sweet corn kernels (boiled)

  • ¼ cup blueberries (fresh)

Seasoning

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Garlic powder (optional)

  • Olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Creamy Dressing (as seen in the image)

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk or honey

  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)

  • 1–2 tablespoons milk (to adjust consistency)


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Eggs

Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Gently add the eggs and cook for 7 minutes for soft-boiled yolks.
Transfer immediately to ice water, peel, and cut in half.


Step 2: Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Remove from heat and slice.


Step 3: Cook the Shrimp

In the same pan, add a little oil or butter.
Cook the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.


Step 4: Prepare the Vegetables

  • Blanch the leafy greens in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain well.

  • Boil or steam the corn kernels until tender.

  • Slice the sausage and lightly pan-fry if desired.


Step 5: Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • Mayonnaise

  • Condensed milk (or honey)

  • Mustard (optional)

  • Milk

Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or thickness to taste.


Assembly

Arrange all components neatly in a bowl:

  • Leafy greens on one side

  • Corn and blueberries beside them

  • Shrimp, sliced chicken, sausage, and eggs arranged attractively

Serve the dressing on the side or drizzle lightly over the bowl.
