Description
This is a high-protein, low-carb bowl featuring pan-seared beef steak, creamy avocado, soft-boiled eggs, and sautéed onions. The dish is rich, savory, and balanced, making it ideal for breakfast, lunch, or a post-workout meal.
Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

250 g beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank)

2 large eggs

1 ripe avocado, sliced
Vegetables

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Seasoning

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
-
Optional: garlic powder or chili flakes
Garnish (optional)

Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped
Instructions

1. Cook the Eggs

Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil.

Carefully add the eggs.

Boil for 6–7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs (jammy yolk).

Transfer eggs immediately to ice water for 5 minutes.

Peel and cut in half. Set aside.
2. Cook the Steak

Pat the steak dry with paper towels.

Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil or butter.

Sear the steak:

2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare

3–4 minutes per side for medium

Remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes.

Slice into bite-size strips.
3. Sauté the Onions

In the same pan, lower heat to medium.

Add sliced onions.

Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and lightly caramelized.

Season lightly with salt.
4. Assemble the Bowl

Arrange sliced steak in a bowl.

Add avocado slices.

Place soft-boiled egg halves on the side.
-
Spoon sautéed onions over the steak.

Sprinkle with fresh herbs and extra black pepper if desired.
