Baked Stuffed Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

For the Lobster

  • 4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each)

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For Serving

  • Lemon wedges

  • Extra melted butter (optional)

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise.
Gently loosen the meat from the shell, lift it, and rest it on top of the shell (butterfly style).


2. Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Mix well.


3. Season the Lobster

Place lobster tails on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.


4. Bake

Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden on top.
Do not overcook, as lobster can become tough.


5. Serve

Remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and extra butter if desired.
