  • 3 large oranges

For the Fruit Topping

  • Fresh orange segments (from the scooped oranges)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Orange Cups

  1. Cut each orange in half horizontally.

  2. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the flesh, keeping the peel intact to form cups.

  3. Remove any remaining membranes inside the peel.

  4. Set the orange cups aside.

  5. Chop or segment the removed orange flesh and set aside for topping.


2. Make the Yogurt Cream

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup).

  2. Add vanilla extract if using.

  3. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.


3. Assemble the Dessert

  1. Spoon the yogurt cream evenly into each orange cup.

  2. Top with fresh orange segments.

  3. Add blueberries and raspberries on top.

  4. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.


4. Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for best texture and flavor.

  2. Serve chilled with small spoons.
