6 boiled eggs 3 tbsp oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped or pureed 1–2 green chillies, slit ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder (or to taste) 1½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste 1½ cups water Fresh coriander leaves Method
Heat oil in a pan. Lightly shallow-fry the boiled eggs till golden. Make small slits and keep aside.
In the same oil, add onions and sauté till golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste & green chillies. Sauté till raw smell disappears.
