Không có mô tả ảnh.

Bright lemon zest, juicy blueberries, and a tangy Greek yogurt “frosting” come together in this refreshing overnight oats recipe. It’s light yet filling, naturally sweetened, and perfect for busy mornings, spring breakfasts, or easy meal prep.

Ingredients (1 serving)

Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup, optional)

Greek Yogurt Frosting

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

1.  Prepare the oats

In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully soaked.

2.  Add flavor and fruit

Gently stir in the lemon zest, blueberries, and honey. Mix until evenly combined.

3.  Chill overnight

Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors.

4.  Make the yogurt frosting

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until smooth and creamy.

5.  Assemble and serve

The next morning, give the oats a quick stir. Spoon the Greek yogurt frosting on top and add extra blueberries or lemon zest if desired.
