1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions

1. Prepare the Cheesecake Base
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
2. Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This will give the cheesecake layer a light, airy texture.
3. Combine the Cheesecake Mixture
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Mix carefully to keep the texture fluffy.
4. Assemble the Parfaits
Spoon a layer of the cheesecake mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or dessert cups.
Add a generous layer of cherry pie filling on top.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with cherry topping.
4. Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld.
